The hotel is conveniently located right off the parkway with a beautiful view of The Wheel & the Smoky Mountains, close to attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The rooms offer balconies shared with neighboring rooms, limiting privacy, and some face buildings instead of mountain views. Service lacked friendliness and professionalism at times. Dining options were satisfactory for a motel. The location is highly convenient for exploring the area and is right across from a community center.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were super clean and felt safe, but maintenance was a bit off at 10 pm. The service was very hospitable and efficient, although some staff members seemed bored. The location was excellent, close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The dining experience was not worth the high price, but the proximity to a grocery store was convenient.
